on task management techniques such as planning, coordination, assignment,
delegation, and prioritization to efficiently manage and allocate work across
the team leading to improved performance.
COURSE AIMS & OBJECTIVES:
After successful completion of
this course, the learner will be able to:

- Demonstrate a keen understanding of task and workload
assessment and determine what an appropriate workload is
