The Comprehensive Assessment Program for Crane Operators is designed to assess and identify the areas for skill enhancement essential for safe and efficient crane operation. The program includes the following core assessment components:

• Psychometric Assessment: This includes the Ability Profiling Program (APRO) and the IPIP-NEO to evaluate cognitive abilities and personality traits that influence performance.
• Theoretical Examination: A test of the operator's knowledge of crane operations, including safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Crane Handling Simulation: This evaluates both Technical Skills and Human Element Skills in a controlled environment using full mission crane simulator.
• De-briefing & Interview: A thorough discussion of the operator's performance, followed by personalized feedback to guide further development.
