This Psychological Assessment is intended for all seafarers. It is designed to evaluate the mental and psychological fitness of seafarers covering emotional stability, cognitive functioning, and personality traits necessary to perform their duties safely and effectively at sea. The program consists of the following assessment components:

• Battery of Psychometric Tests: A series of standardized tools to assess cognitive abilities, personality traits, and psychological well-being.
• Clinical Interview: An in-depth interview conducted by a Registered Psychologist to further explore the results of the psychometric tests and gain a comprehensive understanding of the individual's psychological profile.

This comprehensive evaluation helps determine a seafarer's readiness for the demands of life at sea and supports the promotion of mental health and safety within the maritime profession.
