Simulator Development Officer

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least a certificated Deck Officer at the Operational Level, with a minimum of one year of experience as a Third Officer onboard seagoing vessels.

→ Holder of IMO Model Course 6.09 and 6.10 certificates.

→ Possesses teaching experience in the relevant field.

• Proficient in the use and operation of Virtual Reality (VR) and Bridge Simulators. • Digitally and computer proficient.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Develop realistic and effective navigational simulations, exercises, and content in collaboration with Nautical Training Officers.

• Manage and evaluate simulation exercises, implementing improvements based on feedback. Conduct course instruction within areas of competence.

• •Assess the competence of Deck Officers at the Operational Level for pre-employment.
