JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
→ Minimum of 5 years of recent Chief Engineer experience in the maritime industry.
→ Possession of valid seafaring documents and certifications.
• Preferably with hands-on experience working on tankers.
→ Completed IMO Model Courses 6.09, 3.12, and 6.10.
→ Expertise in new engine technologies such as ME, MEGA, X-DF, or similar systems.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
• Develop and update technical courses in ship management. Manage and coordinate instructors and training schedules. Evaluate instructor performance and trainee competencies.
Ensure compliance with NTC regulations and maintain training quality. Incorporate new engine technologies into training programs.
