Norwegian Training Center successfully held its General Orientation for the 6th batch of NMA-accredited ETO Cadets at NTC Office today, November 4, 2022, in the afternoon. For this batch, there were (14) fourteen successful applicants who managed to secure their slot for fully sponsored cadetship program.
The ETO Cadet Program is a 3- month training, blended – online and onsite that provides highest quality of training, access to world-class simulators and facilities at the training center and an opportunity to work for their principal sponsors on-board.
The General Orientation was hosted by NTC’s Sales Executive, Christine Belen; opening remarks was delivered by the Deputy Director, Capt. Knut Bentzrod; Training Manager, Capt. Nebuchadnezzar Rabaya gave an overview of the cadetship program; Engr. Emmanuel Se, explained the training modules and the program scheme; LMS Associate Katrina Onoya-Perez led the Learning Management System Orientation; Corporate Service Staff for HR and Admin, Erika Ramos, talked about the Obligations of the Cadets, Benefits during Training, Documentation & Travel Requirements.
Starting next week, their cadetship journey will start that will last for three months with NTC. Exciting and challenging times lie ahead of our new batch of ETO Cadets, where their skills will be improved and new experience will be gained as they approach their new path in the maritime industry.
