Quality Assurance Documentation Specialist

Job Description:

  • Develop and manage quality documentation systems, ensuring compliance with quality policies and guidelines.
  • Implement and maintain quality management systems through effective internal audits.
  • Set up document control systems and manage the status of documents for review and approval.
  • Assist in preparing and executing audit plans, and conduct audits to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Provide training and support on documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 2 years of Quality Assurance experience in Maritime or Manufacturing Industry.
  • Strong knowledge in document control operations and management systems like quality, occupational health, and safety.
  • Proficiency in audit techniques and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook and focus on high quality and business profit.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and travel locally for audits as required.
