In celebration of the holiday season, the Norwegian Training Center, held its Annual Christmas Party on the 1st day of December 2022 at Citadines Bay City Manila in Pasay City. Attended by the employees and their family members, the Managing Director, Capt. Jo Even Tomren spearheaded the opening of the event welcoming everyone and hoping for them to enjoy the event.
As mentioned, the event was not only dedicated to the NTC Family but extended to their loved ones as well. Aside from the good food and lots of drinks for everyone, there were gifts given to the children who were present in the party, handed by Capt. Jo. There were games also for everyone and prizes for the winners.
Prior to the event, it was announced that there will be a contest wherein the NTC Employees, per department, can showcase their talents and can win a cash prize. For this program, the Corporate Services Department brought home the 1st place, followed by the NSA Cadet Department and Sales and Marketing Team in 2nd, and Finance Department Quality Assurance Department on 3rd place.

After the first two performances, the buffet was opened to be enjoyed by everyone in the event. Pile of cocktail drinks and bucket of beers were served too.

On to the third performance, the Training Department showcased their talent as they introduce different types of love – perfectly mixed of acting, comedy, singing and dancing.

After the talent portion, as part of the NTC culture, the employees who have been with the NTC for years are awarded during the event. To show appreciation, Capt. Jo and Capt. Knut handed them their plaque as a token of appreciation.

The Closing remarks was delivered by the Deputy Director, Capt. Knut Bentzrod who thanked everyone who came to celebrate Christmas with the team and wished them a blissful holiday.
